How long is each therapy session?
I offer appointments in 45 minute, 60 minute, 75 minute, and 90 minute sessions.
What therapeutic techniques do you use?
Some examples of techniques offered at Hope Tree Therapy and Wellness are the PREPARE/ENRICH Assessment, Love Languages, Gottman theory techniques, Emotionally-focus therapies, genograms, and stress-management techniques of mindfulness, meditative body-connection, and art-based interventions.
What payments are accepted?
At this time, Hope Tree Therapy and Wellness, PLLC offers sessions on a fee-for-service basis, sliding fee rates with demonstrated need, and accepts referrals through some employee-assistance programs (EAP).
I am contracted with insurance companies through Hudson Counseling Clinic (https://hudsoncounselingclinic.com) and am able to accept the following insurances: Aetna, BCBS, Cigna, HP, and Ucare.
Do you offer Sliding Scale rates?
